Technically, I did earn 2939€, have spent 2700€ so savings are only 239€. But now I count investment gold I bought (1200€) and p2p loan (150€) as my assets. So now I have 1589€ more.
It is good that I saved something in January as I broke even last year and lost 500€ overall in February.
But let's face it, I have higher goals now. I feel more confident than in last years. But I need more determination and work smarter.
Buying small real estate, my second income source turned out to be very good idea and now I can sell small studio I bought for nice profit. Idea is to repeat this buy-to-sell more often this year.
